The Sisterhood Retreat
What part of your life feels like this?
- The daily grind of household tasks like meal planning, laundry, and cleaning?
- The struggle to keep up with healthy habits like exercise, eating a balanced diet or stopping the scroll?
- The difficulty of finding and maintaining good, life-giving friendships?
- The stress of trying to balance everything listed above and feeling like you will never measure up?
You’ve come to the right place, Sister.
Hi, I’m Kaley.
I help women like you listen to the voice of the One who calls us Beloved.
In the Sisterhood:
We believe that connection with Jesus and with each other is the antidote to striving. It’s what we are all about. This is your invitation to learn to live freely and lightly with me – and with a whole band of sisters – walking with you day by day.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- you struggle with the nagging belief that you aren’t doing enough.
- you have a sneaking suspicion that God is disappointed in your lack of usefulness.
- balancing the demands of home and work and family and ministry feels like a losing battle.
- you sense that there is more freedom in your faith journey than what you are currently experiencing.
- you long to be a part of something bigger than yourself.
- you wish you could figure out how to overcome anxiety
Let me teach you the Rhythms of Belovedness!
So how does it work?
- It starts with connection with Jesus. We begin each morning with our One Thing practice, a monthly rhythm uniquely designed to help us connect with Jesus, reminding us of our belovedness before we even start our To Do list.
- From there, we move on to Power Hour, our daily Facebook Live designed to inspire, encourage and cheer each other on in the daily tasks and habits that make up our lives.
- Over time, what used to feel like patterns of stress become life-giving rhythms of grace, one small shift at a time.
- In the process, we become a band of sisters, praying for one another, encouraging each other and reminding one another that we are Beloved!
Imagine this:
- Waking each morning eager to connect with Jesus and others
- Finding out how much Jesus longs to connect with you
- Discovering the secret to living from a place of joy rather than anxiety
- Being surrounded by a community of sisters encouraging you on your journey
- Embracing rhythms for you, your home and family that are life-giving and grace-filled

Come join us, sister.
“The sisterhood has given me a safe place to share my heart and life. It’s a short time of social interaction each day that I sometimes feel I miss out on by being a stay-at-home mom. Hearing other ladies sharing their joys and challenges and being able to love and support them brings a feeling of purpose. I find my day has a bit more order because of this time with the sisters because I can organize my thoughts, plans and feelings. The sisterhood has been a gift to myself that has improved my mental and spiritual health.”
